These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TaterMind ("the App"), developed by TATERMIND, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
TaterMind is a puzzle game app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:
TaterMind creates an anonymous account for you automatically. Your progress is tied to this account and, if you choose, backed up via a linked Google account. If you don't back up your account, uninstalling the app or switching devices may permanently delete your progress — this is your responsibility to manage.
We may suspend or reset accounts found to be cheating, exploiting bugs, or abusing other players.
You choose a display name shown to other players on leaderboards and in PvP matches. You agree not to use names that are offensive, impersonate others, or violate applicable law. We may reset or remove display names that violate this.
TaterMind is supported by ads shown through Google AdMob. You may optionally buy a one-time "Remove ads" pack, processed by the applicable app store and RevenueCat. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by the applicable app store's policies.
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost, though we take reasonable steps to prevent this.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TATERMIND is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of game progress.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
